Chautauqua Park is a portion of an iconic historic landmark dating back to when the City of Boulder began preserving wild lands over 100 years ago.

Instead of Eldorado Canyon we chose Chautauqua Park to start of the season. We hiked a total of roughly 2 miles round trip. Total time approximately 3 hours. The trail was snow packed nearly the entire way as well as full of ice. I lost count of how many times I fell on my butt coming back down the trail.

It was a short hike and I'm currently without my camera.
